Well (you have noticed)... to get the colored username you need to get promoted. If you look at the Legend on the bottom of the homepage you will see it. That is how you get it The ranks are color coded.

Question: Ok I read over the qualifications you must meet in order to be a V.I.P.
It said a clover in Hotcorn-
1. What's a clover?
2. If a clover means your really good at Hotcorn, and I stink at Hotcorn...Does that mean I'll never become a V.I.P.?

A clover is a lot rarer than the golden corn, so you could be pathetic or really good, you have the same chance of getting a clover.

and remember there are other ways to get to be a V.I.P

A clover is a item in hotcorn which appear randomly, like a gold corn. However it appears a lot rarer than the gold corn so thats why it is such a great achievement to get it thus getting you in the V.I.P section.

I get that like a lot on a specific type of level (all corn with 3 timers and 1 fire, some metal forming a box filled in, it appears in the lower right hand corner, for me).

Muffinator's pack does not have a clover

I know, thta is the way a level looks for me whenever I get a clover (I don't no y)
Is that the only thing you need to become a VIP, or more?

There's other ways to become a VIP like get 200 posts or complete 30 MYNK challenges.
