Allowing bumping in the comedy central section

I think they should allow bumping in that section because maybe someone thought of a good joke and then they cant post it on the topic they wanted to because it hasnt been posted on in a long time. Making a new topic could be good to but theres no point when we already have topics for jokes.

Well... That's a good point. But we can't have spamming or a ton of consectutive posts made by the same user. IT's an idea.

Yes, this is a good idea, only for the topics where people post something NEW.

If there's a topic where it was a discussion about one specific thing, and the discussion was ended, then posting in it would be spam.

But if it's for a forum game or joke thread or something and there were a lot of posts in the thread before it became inactive, someone who tries to recreate it would seem like a copierrr....

Yeah. It's a good idea. We should allow it. And if it gets out of hand, we could always stop it.

All the staff would need to know about it though or they would get mad at bumpers.
